Warmup

  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 M Sprint
  • 15 M Back pedal
  • 50 M Sprint
  • 10 Side to side hops each leg

Skill Work

WOD

6 Rounds

  • 5 Cleans
  • Sand Bag carry
  • Carry 1 Sandbag 30 m, sprint back, repeat for 4 sandbags
